No measurable hemolysis or cells seen in collected plasma performed by multiple partners.

Plasma separated from whole blood by the GattaCo device was tested for the presence of cells, and hemolysis.

 

None of the 24 devices showed any leaked cell or hemolysis.

Tubes on left show yellowish color of the plasma which indicates low or no hemolysis.

Hemocytometer grid on right shows no cells in the plasma generated from the device.

Results show strong correlation with centrifuged samples, and high accuracy of volume collected and dispensed.
